Crystal Serena

      I am a vocalist and I play rhythm guitar for NDS. I enjoy anything to do with music and I am enthusiastic about singing. I am so excited about the many ministry opportunities God is bringing into our lives. I lead small group Bible studies for youth and I am active in our Church Praise team. I Love riding and working horses in our off time.  

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ICE CREAM FLAVOR?
YUM, I love any Ice cream. Vanilla with Butterscotch topping is pretty close to being my fav.

IF YOU COULD ... WHAT SUPER HERO WOULD YOU BE?
UM, probably a mutant like Mystique, shape shifter.

LAST MOVIE YOU WATCHED IN THE THEATER?
"The prestige" it was awesome.


IF YOU COULD GO BACK TO BEING 16 & START LIFE OVER FROM THERE...WOULD YOU DO ANYTHING DIFFERENT?
I would develop my relationship with Jesus earlier than I did so I would have shared Him with more people. I would not have dated until I was out cause it was a waste of time. I would not have been as shy as I was either. Also I would have done track for more that just one year.

WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE GROWING UP?
Well for a while I actually wanted to BE a horse then a vet, an Olympic equestrian, Horse riding instructor, okay anything with horses. also wanted to be on Broadway, love I love Julie Andrews.


LAST THING THAT MADE YOU LAUGH SO HARD YOUR CHEEKS HURT?
Jonah always makes me laugh that hard. He is a crack up!

HOW OLD WERE YOU WHEN YOU GOT SAVED?
I think I was nine and then rededicated at 21.

WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME?
I love to ride my horse, she is my sweet girl. I love to hangout with my main squeeze Steele. we have too much fun together. I love time with my family. I love to sing songs with Jonah. Play games with Cherie cause she cheats with me :) Play the Sims. Watch "House" it is my favorite show. I always love movies. I also love to sing any time any place. That about sums it all up.

WHAT'S YOUR PET PEEVE?
Indecisiveness, just make a decision. I an guilty of this too at times, but it still drives me NUTS!

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS?
Married to an awesome man of God. A mother to great children and a few dogs and horses some were in there. Most importantly still Serving God. Weather it still be in NoonDaySun or having my own youth group or leading music for a church. Who knows. Were ever God wants me :)

WHERE DO YOU ESCAPE TO WHEN YOU NEED TO BE ALONE?

I go to the stable to see Flower she cheers me up (when she is being nice) or I find a place on the floor or my bed to just cuddle with my dog. He does not talk so it is peaceful and nice and quiet warm and comfortable to just think.

FAVORITE FOOD?
I like Italian and I am not gonna lie I love french fries.

"House" by Frank Peretti and Ted Dekker

FAVORITE PLACE YOU'VE VISITED?
I liked Alaska a lot, Santa's house in the North pole was awesome. I also like the redwood forest in Cali, it looks like a like a fairyland , just beautiful.

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE RESTRAUNT?
Mr. Dougs. The Olive Garden and the Chinese Buffet cause Steele loves it sooo much that it makes me happy :)

Honor God with you WHOLE life. He is worthy of even more than that.
